Abstract

The aim of the activity is to discover the legal culture of farming communities and the legal structure of Traditional Prajuru and BUMDes Management in forest management and utilization through the HPHD scheme, so that there is coexistence between customary law and state law in preserving law and governance to achieve prosperity. The technical implementation was carried out using FGDs, training and lectures to the target group through 25 representatives. The results of the process show that the target group is enthusiastic about participating in FGDs, training and lectures. Likewise, the presence of BUMDes administrators who were given lectures on Governance according to the principles of "Good Corporate Governance" which currently has not been carried out optimally so that ongoing socialization and evaluation is needed so that the performance targets for management and utilization of forest resources through the HPHD scheme can be achieved, namely welfare of farmers and society.
